Study like you have never studied before! The Sydney Seminary's philosophy is to give its students the tools so that they can learn on their own.

 

GROW

Having a year away from home in a new community is a major opportunity for growth, and to go beyond your limits. Many of our students have found that this year has opened them up to many areas of their personality which they were not even aware they possessed before.

Contribute

Students in the Seminary have the opportunity to contribute to university students, through learning one on one. They also contribute to the women, teenagers and the young girls of the community. Experience

You're going to experience an opportunity of meeting many new people and realizing how life is in the land Down Under. Another major thing you will see is how different communities live their lives and how Chabad is able to affect those communities which are far from the Jewish centers of America, Europe and Israel.

Make friends

The students of the Seminary participate in numerous bonding activities when they first arrive, making it easier to befriend the students they haven't met before. Chabad Sydney Seminary students are known for their loyalty and friendship towards each other, and these friendships go beyond Seminary and continue for life. Additionally, many life-long friends are developed from the close relationships between the Seminary girls and the local community.
